1. Overview

THE BRIDGE4K is a unified streaming chat platform for content creators. THE BRIDGE4K allows creators to connect supported streaming platforms and display supported chat activity through a customizable streaming overlay.

This Privacy Policy explains what information THE BRIDGE4K may collect or receive, how that information is used, how it is stored, how it is protected, and the choices available to creators.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the integrations and features a creator uses, THE BRIDGE4K may process information received from connected third-party streaming platforms.

Account and Creator Information

This may include creator account identifiers, usernames, display names, channel identifiers, overlay identifiers, and information necessary to associate connected platform accounts with a THE BRIDGE4K creator account.

Authentication Information

When a creator authorizes a supported platform, THE BRIDGE4K may receive authentication credentials or authorization tokens necessary to maintain the authorized connection and provide the requested integration.

Streaming and Chat Information

When supported platform integrations are enabled, THE BRIDGE4K may process chat messages, usernames, platform user identifiers, badges, emotes, and related information necessary to display and route chat activity through the unified overlay.

3. YouTube and Google Data

THE BRIDGE4K provides a YouTube integration that allows creators to connect their YouTube channel through Google's authorization system.

When a creator connects YouTube, THE BRIDGE4K may receive information associated with the authorized Google/YouTube account, including the YouTube channel identifier, channel information, account information, and authorized YouTube chat information required to provide the integration.

THE BRIDGE4K uses authorized YouTube data only to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the YouTube integration and unified streaming chat functionality.

YouTube data is not used for advertising, unrelated profiling, or purposes unrelated to the functionality of THE BRIDGE4K.

THE BRIDGE4K does not sell YouTube user data.

YouTube data is not intentionally made available to other creators or users. Access to connected platform information is intended to remain associated with the creator account that authorized the integration.

THE BRIDGE4K requests only the Google/YouTube permissions necessary to provide the features being requested by the creator.

Google API Services user data is handled in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Twitch

Twitch may provide THE BRIDGE4K with authorized account information, channel information, user identifiers, chat information, and authorization information necessary to provide the Twitch integration.

Kick

Kick may provide THE BRIDGE4K with authorized account information, channel information, user identifiers, chat information, and authorization information necessary to provide the Kick integration.

YouTube

YouTube may provide THE BRIDGE4K with authorized channel information, account information, user identifiers, and chat information necessary to provide the YouTube integration.

Third-party platforms maintain their own privacy policies and terms. THE BRIDGE4K does not control the privacy practices of Twitch, Kick, Google, YouTube, or other third-party services.

5. How We Use Information

THE BRIDGE4K uses information to:

  • Create and maintain creator accounts.
  • Connect authorized streaming platforms.
  • Authenticate authorized platform connections.
  • Display supported chat activity through the creator's configured overlay.
  • Associate platform connections with the correct creator account and overlay.
  • Maintain and operate THE BRIDGE4K services.
  • Troubleshoot, secure, and improve the platform.

THE BRIDGE4K does not use connected platform data for purposes unrelated to providing the platform's requested functionality.

6. Data Storage and Security

Information used by THE BRIDGE4K is stored in secured backend databases and systems operated through our service infrastructure.

Access to backend data is restricted through application-level access controls and server-side credentials. Database credentials and platform authorization credentials are not intended to be exposed through the public frontend of THE BRIDGE4K.

Authentication information and platform connection information are processed by the THE BRIDGE4K backend rather than requiring creators to provide their streaming platform passwords directly to us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no internet-connected service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Sharing

THE BRIDGE4K does not sell creator information or connected YouTube data.

Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate THE BRIDGE4K, such as database, hosting, authentication, and platform integration services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of THE BRIDGE4K and its users.

8. Data Retention

THE BRIDGE4K retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain authorized platform connections, operate the platform, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

When information is no longer reasonably required, THE BRIDGE4K may delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable requirements and our operational practices.

9. Disconnecting Platform Integrations

Creators may disconnect supported platform integrations from THE BRIDGE4K when the applicable disconnect functionality is available.

Creators may also revoke THE BRIDGE4K's authorization through the relevant third-party platform or account settings.

Revoking authorization may prevent THE BRIDGE4K from accessing information required for the associated integration.

10. Data Deletion Requests

Creators may request deletion of information associated with their THE BRIDGE4K account by contacting the THE BRIDGE4K team through the official support channels.

Deletion requests may be subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

THE BRIDGE4K is intended for content creators and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as THE BRIDGE4K develops or as our practices and legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
